I think this is my second review on Amazon. Maybe 3. I rarely write reviews, although I've spent tens of thousands and the vast majority of items I've received have been very satisfied. or help others make better decisions as they are better informed about the various customers who have received damaged finished goods. So everything started great. But then, within a few weeks, it became less and less dependent, the flame spontaneously went out (there is no wind in the house). 2 months after purchase stopped working. When I decided to see if I could return it the return window was closed, although it has only been in a drawer for the past few months. I hope the seller sees this review and returns the money. In this case I would raise my ratings much higher due to the excellent customer service and specifically saying that while the product may have some manufacturing defects here and there, the customer service was excellent.
