This worked perfectly for me, I needed just a bit of bling for a semi formal event, and I dressed up a black jumpsuit with this little number. The entire belt is not sparkly, the back is elastic and has two snaps. I don't know why the snaps aren't black to blend in, but they're a sort of bronze looking color. I took care of that by using a black Sharpie to color them so the didn't stand out, it worked well. I purchased the silver and the black ones, wore the silver. It has good stretch, and held me in a little, and was quite comfortable. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
