The pillow arrived earlier than expected. The pillow is soft, maybe too soft. It doesn't provide support. It's not as fluffy as advertised. Actually a bit flat. With daily use, it will need to be replaced sooner rather than later. I was very surprised by all the positive reviews. One person commented that the pillow was flat and wondered if he got a wedding as all the reviews were positive. The manufacturer offers a free gift if you leave a 5-star rating. I chose not to accept the free gift as an honest review would benefit others. I've only had this pillow for 2 days and have already bought a replacement. This pillow will be in the guest room as I know some people who like flat pillows.
