Today I received the goods, fast delivery. Where is the quality control? It is unbelievable that when opening the first package, none of the manufacturers noticed that the hole intended for the napkin to come out was too small. If you use this hole, the tissue will be torn into pieces when you take it out of the dispenser. So I cut a hole in the first pack I opened to make it bigger. Now it's coming out but it's still tears so it's a big mess. will return it. I'm honestly surprised by all the great reviews but no one mentions this aspect. I think the people reviewing this, or some of them, have been paid to say nice things. Like I said quality control is everything and not a single person associated with this product noticed it. It's bad enough that torn pieces come out, but don't appreciate the packaging!
