Please note that I have never tried the communication features, only for music/podcasts and the occasional phone call. It features a proprietary charging cable that also plugs into the microphone and speakers. I haven't lost mine, but if you do, you'll be in the creek. The cable gets disconnected frequently and I keep pushing it all the way in to make sure it's making full contact and playing sound from both speakers. It's not very loud; I usually can't use it at high speeds or in combination with earbuds. It's best used for voice prompts from phone navigation, but isn't great for music or most podcasts (I hear one or two loud enough to be intelligible). One day I will get together and buy Cardo. , with matching speakers, and headphone jacks for use with noise-isolating headphones. It's not even close, really.
