UPDATE: The seller will contact me and apologize for the damaged/defective item, also offer a free replacement, the new unit works fine and no problems at all, product and 100% satisfied with the seller, will deal with again in the future. out of the box, one LED doesn't work, the next one on the left is flickering, will see what happens in a few days, will probably return this one as the other light mentioned is very bright.
