A friend of mine had this mount and told me how handy and reliable it was in all on and off road situations. It can be adjusted, tilted and rotated 360 degrees. The rotation from the stand that the phones are attached to also provides 3 points of contact with the phone. This may loosen or pinch more on a mechanized transmission assembly.
