There was smelly water in the tank when it arrived. I fixed it with white vinegar, but the fact that I paid full price for a used item is unforgivable; and as I typed this I realized that another star had to be lost; so then it's only 2. It's too light, which is like a light iron, forcing you to do the extra work of "clicking" to make good contact with the service. The plastic base it sits on is very fragile and difficult to reach with your foot, as you have to press down on the two sides of the triangular base to "cut" it off. When you're done, the micro-napkin never ends up back where it started and therefore doesn't stick to the base, which should be one of its advantages. Otherwise it cleaned well enough. it's just disappointingly made. If the repackaging hadn't been such a hassle I would have just sent it back because it was clearly repackaging. And reading other reviews, I'm not the only one this happened to.
