I have it in stock. I have found that the water does not get as hot as my previous steam mop (vacuum cleaner). It's also hard to squeeze. Does the job, yes. I will definitely work to push this thing forward. Hoover 'slid', not this one. I intend to keep and use it. Apparently this was the return I received (there was water in the tank when I received it). You have probably returned for the above reasons. I have experience with the Reliable brand and unfortunately it is not on the same level.

This is a great steam mop. It cleans my porcelain stoneware very well. The cord is nice and long and I can clean the entire 350 square meter tiles twice without having to refill the tank. Love the fact that the Steamboy has a filter so you can use regular tap water to fill the tank and filling the tank is very easy. Four stars for the quality of the pads.
