We have a 4,500 square foot house with 5 dogs and 100% porcelain stoneware floors. It took us about 3.5 tanks of water to clean our living room, kitchen, front door and dining room. So I rate the same for the rest of the house. It is quite economical with the water consumption. We run the robot vacuum about twice a week to keep loose dirt to a minimum. The pads are easy to remove and clean, the device is lightweight. I would like a trigger lock. After more than an hour's work, it was tiring to switch hands. I also wish the cord was longer. I often had to switch it from outlet to outlet. But overall a great product and I recommend it.
