didn't get the berber mat which is an adjustable puppy rest. this results in the bag not being as stable at the bottom. However, the company contacted me and offered either a refund or a 20% discount on the product. My kid loves this bag and it's the perfect size for our Taco Terrier. The company has made every effort to get another Berber rug, but since the manufacturer has discontinued this product, they have not been successful. Initially I was very upset that it wasn't completed but despite all the efforts the company made to make me happy I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars purely for customer service. I would recommend this company to buyers there. They will do their best to make sure you are satisfied.
