The best thing about CometChat is that it is a simple and affordable platform. Also the support team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I can't think of anything as of now. Just make sure to use the free trial period to get a hang of the app. We used it for creating a forum for our online education startup. We found it very easy to use and the features were very helpful in our use case. The most useful thing about cometchat is that i can have my own website without any additional software or programming with just one click of button! It really makes your life easier when you are managing multiple projects at same time like this helps me save so much time in between different chats which otherwise would take up hours if not days but now it's all possible since its embedded into our site!! I am using commet as an embeddable Chat for customer support through live help feature.
