We needed an upgrade for the first time in over 8 years (our old PC was becoming useless as it was already way too far behind most new gaming specs) and we decided to do something which we hope will also be relevant for a few years and used for a few more years after that. It was dispatched earlier than expected and was well packaged to arrive in perfect condition and exactly as described. Also comes with a really good keyboard and mouse (as of January 2020) which I didn't even notice in the description. I'm not very computer savvy but I have nothing to criticize and it's a huge leap in quality from what we've used for the past 8+ years. We're not super hardcore gamers, but this thing runs Monster Hunter World at maximum settings without hesitation. This is the best litmus test I can give to people with the same level of spec ignorance.
