Yes they do. That's the problem. The production mold has surface defects, machining marks, grinding marks, it is not smooth, and the bad surface is transferred to the finished part, looks terrible. Whatever recycled plastic they use is contaminated with steel and aluminum flakes, which show up as silver stains on the surface. I pulled out the steel filings which rusted and left a nice hole. I bought another set from the more expensive "ISO9001 MANUFACTURER" just to make sure they are the exact same parts, with the same finish and metal flakes. In fact they were worse, they sent me 2 pieces for the front left and 2 pieces for the rear left, nothing on the right side! I returned this set and reluctantly installed it until I found something better, then these in the trash.
