The wide elastic waistband makes this skirt very comfortable. The cut is flattering as it doesn't add volume to the tummy, but the ruffles give it a lovely, flowy, feminine look. A favorite that's light enough for summer with the airflow through the neckline, and in winter I wear it outside with leggings or thermals and boots or heavy shoes. This is my absolute favorite skirt, whether I'm on a city trip or working on the farm. It can be worn or worn. So comfortable and versatile! This skirt is by far my favorite skirt that I own and I keep coming back to it!
