This is a great option for those looking for protection for young people who ride motorcycles. This is especially nice in the summer when the mesh keeps you cool. I think it's great that my child can grow into it and use it for several years. It stretches to accommodate different body types and sizes. My son is turning 10 so I got a big one. It sits well, the pads stay in place but there is still room to grow. Thankfully we didn't test it to withstand a fall, but the level of protection gave both me and my son confidence when riding.
