Review on Localize Direct by John Springer

Localize direct is very professional, they know their stuff and have great communication with you. They are also flexible and adapt to your needs. Their turnaround time is super fast! There was no downside at all. I can't think of any. The only thing I dislike about localize direct is that it's not 100% clear when you receive an invoice. Sometimes it takes me a while to realize it has been paid. It would be nice if there were some kind of notification. As a freelancer myself, I've used quite a few different translation agencies so far. Localize Direct has by far been the best experience I've had.
