I've tried 6 different CD slot phone holders from Revain, Walmart and Fry's. They all had their good qualities but I was never happy and would give them back. A hands-free law went into effect in Georgia, and a friend asked me to get her a cell phone holder with a CD slot "quickly and cheaply.” "Wizgear" was the first thing I came across that I haven't tried, so I ordered it. It is very well made and durable. The screw that secures the device in the slot is a real wing nut, not a piece of plastic on metal, but a solid metal nut. The device is a combination of plastic and polyresin and is very durable. The way the arm is positioned is different than others I've tried and offers a much greater range of motion. This means it's easier to adjust the display, which comes in handy when sun glare or shadows become a factor. I ordered one for myself the day after trying it and couldn't be happier after trying so many others.
