Due to the design of the Chevy CD player/dash, the wing nut used to tighten the bracket hit the dash and when turned the wing nut rested against the fan handle. The solution is replaced with a wing nut with a screw. I also put a small piece of rubber between the head of the screw and the dashboard to prevent scratches and scuffs.
