Good training shoe in my rating.
I like to use this shoe when training chest, arms or shoulders. They are also very convenient for use on a treadmill or other cardio machine.

- These shoes look good but are narrow and stiff. Not only a stiff "new shoe", but also a lack of support and no real cushioning.
