Looks exactly like the picture. I upgraded from one such case that held 2 cards. I put 11 cards in this zippered part that closes easily. My most-used card is in the drawer, so I don't have to fuss with the zipper much, although I find it holds up well until I overfill it. I like how the phone hangs upside down so it positions itself correctly when answering without having to rotate anything and the strap is adjustable. I'm disappointed with the expandable part because it needs to be a little deeper. If you put more than one card in, the top won't be able to flex far enough to zip up. Overall, though, I expect it to hold up just as well as my old one that failed.
