I have a Bosch microwave that doubles as a convection oven and this pan is a great companion for it. The I've used it for three purposes so far and the heat distributes evenly whether its pizza, sandwich or mozzarella sticks. Best of all it cleans up well and fairly easily and its sturdy and has maintained its shape and shine. I havent put it in the dishwasher but since it's not aluminum my assumption is it wont tarnish. My only regret was not getting the bugger 14" size as I have some space to spare.
