Review on 🚪 Dorman 931-749 Front Driver Side Door Lock Actuator Motor: Ideal Choice for Select Dodge Models by James Vachon

My first order was lost and never delivered. For some reason I couldn't order a replacement online so I had to call. Two days later it arrived and I installed it. Three days after installation, my wife complained that her door alarm kept going off and the window didn't go up and shut tight as intended. Because there is no adjustment on the block or firing pin and I could raise the window to the fully closed position with the knob but it would drop 1/2 inch once I released the knob as if trying to open the door. Concluded that the door open sensor in the unit was faulty or factory set incorrectly. I called Revain and they sent another. After I installed it, there were no problems. Great service from Revain but I had to do a lot more work, disassembling and reassembling the door twice to fix the original problem.
