Great shoes! First time I came to spin class and it's great! I ordered a half size up, 9, from my usual size 8 1/2 to have room in case my toes or feet get swollen. I'm glad I did as my usual size would have been too small. You need to order the boots separately, they are not included. Recommended boots work great. They fit in my SPD pedal with no problem. The bottom of the shoe can slide on the bike floor, so be careful. After you crack them, they should be fine. Velcro is best because you can adjust the pressure if your feet start to hurt or you need a tighter fit. Overall 10/10, I would definitely recommend this shoe to anyone.
