The dashboard has been very helpful in determining what marketing efforts are working best for our business and which ones need some fine tuning. I have not found anything about this platform that I would consider lacking or dislike. We did not use any of their paid services prior to purchasing Brightinfo so there was no way to compare benefits with other products. Our team uses it primarily for email campaigns (which we've also used in past years). There's nothing wrong per se with these tools - they're effective simply because you can do things differently than most marketers think they should be doing them. They provide us with an easy way to evaluate and improve our workflows when sending out newsletters/emails.
