Review on LMT Onsrud 65 025 Uncoated Diamond-Cut Diameter by Mike Groover

Used to cut (7) pieces of 8020 aluminum extrusions: 80mm x 20mm. Made a relatively clean cut on each. Avid Benchtop Pro CNC with Porter Cable Router 3.25 HP, 13000 RPM, 80 ipm feed, .016 inch depth of cut. No coolant, but I had to stop after each completed cut to set up the next part. Uses this time to also use a wire brush to clean the AU on the bit. There was no melting, no welding.
