I purchased this item because I have been experiencing neck and back pains and was visiting a local clinic for "physical therapy " due to covid I want the benefits of the TENS unit without overly exposing myself with frequent visits to the clinic. First I'd like to note that the size is perfect! I can slip it into a pocket while sitting with my children to do school/home work and I can also cook and complete various household tasks without it being in the way. I did have a hard time figuring out how to cycle through the modes at first but I figured that out. The pads seem of good quality and they come with a variety of sizes. I use it for about 25 mins twice a day and it has been a great help. I do not have another to compare it to since this is my first but inhave zero complaints and recommend if you experience muscle soreness or pains of any kind.
