. This is amazing. Fits my 13" laptop and two days' worth of clothes, and the front holds a lot of stuff too. I love the way it's customizable and has room for my travel patches. I like the quality and structure. The internal dividers are loose enough for a variety of organizations, I like the design. I never use the shoulder strap, its backpack function is great and the area where the straps are is good for extra flat storage. External straps are tightened to maintain a very slim profile. Too bad he didn't have a chest strap.
