Starting with the box which is small and not junk but well packed. This is my first time buying a manual focus webcam and I feel I need to know how to use it. However, thanks to the easy-to-read operating instructions, I knew how to operate this webcam in no time at all. In fact, the first time I installed it, I had problems because I didn't know how to activate the camera. So I asked the seller for help and he told me that I need to start some applications like Skype, Zoom and then select the HD webcam for it to activate. I followed his steps and successfully connected this webcam to my computer. I can't say it's really real 1080P, but my friend can see and hear me clearly. So far so good!
