I received the item quickly, but took me a couple weekends to run the video cables in the attic.I live in Florida and the attic space was 110+ degrees…I turned on the DVR and surprised with the quality of the video.However, I’m not able to connect to the Internet with the DVR.I contacted customer service and working with Will to help figure out the issue.Will is extremely easy to work with and very friendly; you can tell all he wants to do is to help you out and happy.Keep in mind:For the States; they are in Hong Kong and on a different timeline. On the east coast at 7:30AM is 8:30PM in Hong Kong time.We are still looking into my issue and I understand Will must complete all the steps before making any decision but it’s so nice to have someone go out of their way to help fix an issue.UPDATE:I know the pictures that I'm loading aren't super clear, but they are on the monitor.I just can't take pictures well.The last two are of someone who's stalking my daughter. We reviewed the videos and now have photo/video evidence against him. Thanks so much for the quality of the system!I’ll update this again after the resolution so I can share what happened.
