In my opinion, the collar sits best high
The best two piece, the shorts run a bit large, the top runs true to size. My only complaint was that the collar came up and after two minutes my 3 year old started complaining about the shirt rubbing his chin. I TOTALLY witnessed how annoying this was, so I unzipped the shirt a bit and attached the shirt's "collar" (on each side) with a needle and thread. Otherwise it is very practical and has good coverage.
