My daughter's 7th birthday gift, received a week ago and trying to assemble today. It has been in the garage in its original packaging for a week now and was unusually wet for the time of year in Southern California this week. If you are an engineer or builder, this is the perfect challenge for you. construction was bad. Some of the charts are very poorly designed. I had to disassemble and reassemble a few things due to poor instructions. The problem is that the material is so cheap and fragile that screwing it in and out will cause the seat to become loose. Most of the material is cardboard/fiberboard. If you find yourself in a humid place, try to build it as quickly as possible before the material starts to warp. Needless to say the construction is fragile and warped, it will last less than a week while my daughter plays with it. Choose a different product so you don't break your child's heart.
