Original post (4/16/2021): I must have wasted my money on this. No matter how I use it, the compression is too strong even at the lowest intensity. Cannot fit feet although it should be 13 feet. Apparently they didn't realize that when you have big feet, the things attached to your feet are usually bigger as well; like knuckles. Update: After using the device a couple of times, I took it out of service and put it in a closed position. However, the seller contacted me last week about the recall. They said they have a new version of the device and would like me to try it and revise the review if possible. I agreed and it was actually better. The design is more like the picture. My size 13 foot actually fits part of the foot and there is no zipper on the heel as the Velcro folds over the foot as shown in the original product photo. One thing missing from this new version is the leg insert that was present on the first version. The handling and pressure seem to be the same for both versions. I found that the velcro seems to be a bit shorter in all places. Now for the little things. Will I continue to use the new version?: Yes, it is possible. Is this a good product?: This is a normal product. It's not great, but it's not bad either. Or at least the second. Did I justify my money?: No, I don't think so. Would I Recommend This Product: If my friend is looking for a foot massager that uses a remote control instead of a base that comes with it, I guess. But as a gift? no Am I satisfied?: Yes.
