Glutamine works for you as needed.

2017 was my year; ie I really wanted to immerse myself in the spartan racing series and my spouse agreed with my master plan. I competed in the series for a year and finished 7th in my age group with 21 races and 7 triple wins. And I practiced A LOT! I knew I could use some help but didn't want to overdo it on supplements. The desire to make it easy and efficient. In addition to a healthy diet of (mostly) fresh produce, I chose AMRAP Nutrition L-Glutamine Powder, a pure micronized free-form glutamine recovery powder, a pure, high-quality amino acid supplement, and a high-quality protein powder. That's all. My last Spartan race was December 9th, 2017 and up until that day I had only been taking 5-10 grams of AMRAP Nutrition L-Glutamine Powder - Pure Micronized Free Form Glutamine Restoration Powder per day depending on my workout. I really haven't had excessive muscle fatigue or soreness all year long. Let me tell you, you don't know what your supplements are really doing until you stop taking them, which I did after that last spartan race in December 2017. Wow! At this point I was sticking to a fairly intense training regimen with no supplements out of habit, deciding it would be a good idea to give them up - to give my body a break, so to speak. My muscles were instantly sore no matter how hard I stretched and skated, and daily fatigue. AMRAP Nutrition L-Glutamine Powder Supplement - pure micronized free-form glutamine restoration powder - is what I'm going to do while I'm working out. It works! Glutamine is also not a supplement that requires a "loading phase," which is good because it can be taken as needed and there's nothing unnatural about it. Glutamine supplementation only slightly helps your body's recovery and repair system. Well!
