This is a decent if not fancy belt and well worth the money. However, when you're in an emergency and you're unconscious, most people don't know how to unbuckle you (the buckle has a little lever that you pull). So most likely someone will cut the belt. Also, the belt size should be 32-45 inches. It's more like 36" to 45". My waist size is 34-36, and in its narrowest form, this belt just doesn't fit. Close but no cigars.
