check your frame to make sure you can use the tires, especially on hardtails. 29 2.4 is too wide and rubbing against my frame so now I have to replace it which is very painful! I removed the star because it's a bit difficult to get it right. Someone wrote that they are uneven on their rim, I believe this may be an installation error. After assembly, make sure the rim is not covering the tire too much, inflate it a little and check it. You'll probably notice it has a slight wobble, check the tire isn't going too far into the rim where the wobble is, try massaging it in place. The recommended pressure is around 50psi, be sure to inflate the tire to almost 60psi, this will help the tire sit better on the rim and push out areas that may be covered by the rim. Then reduce it back down to 50psi and if that doesn't help you may have a faulty product.
