I wear 34J and this band holds me great! If your breasts are the same size as mine, you will need help holding your breasts in place. I suggest cleansing your skin and not applying lotion/oil or patches. If this is your first time trying to tape boobs, take 2 because I made a few mistakes the first time and some parts of the tape didn't stick. When removing, hold the skin down and move your hand in the direction of tape removal. TAKE IT SLOW! Or you will tear/irritate your skin. I really love this product, will definitely buy it again!
