Pros: Soft. Cons: Doesn't stay in place.

I wanted a reusable nursing bra pad because one side was irritated by the disposables while nursing. They look soft and are a good alternative. The downside is that they don't stay in place. They move in my bra when I move. When I lick it gets a little wet and doesn't absorb like a disposable pad, but that's to be expected.
