I end up using one of my most important tools for every bike tire! I use it to place the bead of a bike tire on or off the rim. NOTE: DO NOT STRETCH tire beads! You need to slide the tire bead into the bottom center of the rim channel (and make sure it stays there!) The tire bead is smaller in diameter than the rim and won't stretch any more! Tires are easier to put on and take off if you keep in mind that the tire bead does not stretch, it needs to be placed and held down in the center channel of the rim.
