my son and I had too much fun making cotton candy with this. the machine does all of the work! when I ordered this I didn't know anything about sugar floss so I went online and found out it's favored sugar in smaller granules. online said it was okay to use regular cane sugar so that's what we used and it turned out great! if you love cotton candy-like my husband you have to try it fresh.
