Review on Convergence LMS by Darin Marshall

The benefits are that we have been able to streamline our training needs by creating one platform where employees can access and participate in classes at any time. It has allowed for better communication between the instructor and students. We do not have as much interaction with the teacher. When there is an issue, it is difficult to get a hold of the instructor. It was very easy to create training for anyone working for our company. There were no downsides to using Convergence as a training platform. It allows our staff to complete their training at anytime and from anywhere. This has helped us meet many deadlines and keep our workers safe. It has allowed my organization to have more control over their employees by allowing them access from anywhere at any time which allows us to monitor what they are doing during work hours! We do not need to be present when someone logs into this platform since it does that automatically after you log out if needed as well. Nothing but great things about Convergence so far. No problems yet we implemented almost everything through convergent including new accounts etc.
