I recently bought a new car and I have had severe neck and back pain from the headrest pushing my head forward. I've tried everything to move him and he's still hitting me on the head and pushing me forward. Lumbar support does not help, upper back chest support is required. I was thinking of trading it in for something else, but there's nothing that doesn't do the same! I was in so much pain that I started skipping work. I bought this pillow a few weeks ago hoping it would support my back and push me off the headrest to find some relief and allow me to keep my head as straight as it should be! I didn't have to add anything to the new car, but I had to try. That helped me alot! It gave me neck and back relief. It pushes me enough away from the headrest and supports my back. That's great! I don't get hot at all. It's smooth, soft, yet firm and supportive. It can be attached easily and securely. I don't even realize it's there, other than doing exactly what I was hoping it would. It didn't slip or move at all when I sat down or got up from my seat; what bothered me. I haven't had the chance to go on a long journey yet. But I really hope everything goes well. If you're having trouble with your headrest, this could be your answer. It was a little pricey but I'm so glad I took the chance! What I love most about it is that it's MADE IN THE USA! Thank you! Please don't stop and don't do it anywhere else. Also, I'm a 5'8" female with a longer torso which makes me sit taller if that helps anyone. In detail it looks exactly like the picture.
