This solves my main issue with the concave driver's side seat back of my Grand Cherokee. It fits perfectly and my head no longer sticks out and my back slides into the curve of the seat. The only minor downside is that I wish it was a little softer; it's a bit stiff but hopefully it will soften over time.

I've read that other people have used this because of newer car headrests that feel like your head is being pushed forward. I just bought a new car and I love everything except the headrests. Based on other people's feedback, I decided to give it a try. This pillow completely solved the problem. I've tried pillows with lumbar support. They didn't work for it at all.

I don't have any lower back problems but the hard seat upsets my spine. Tried several others but this is the best. Absolute comfort - not too soft and certainly not too hard. And as others have said, the thickness now puts the headrest in a comfortable position. Previously, even in the rearmost position, it was too far forward. The belt system works perfectly. I have nothing bad to say about the product but I wish it wasn't so expensive. Otherwise I wouldn't wait 2 years. I could have kept my posture the whole time! It fits my 2006 Honda Odyssey and allows me to sit up straight without the headrest pushing my head forward. It fits perfectly in the driver's seat groove. We've had about 90 days in the last few weeks and haven't had an odd smell like the others and believe me I would smell it if I had!

It was a cold month when I bought this and I didn't notice any constant bloating after plastic until the weather got warmer. a couple of months could not detect the smell of plastic; But now that I've removed the back pillow from my car, it smells normal again. Too expensive to deal with such outgassing; but now it's too late for a return :( I wouldn't buy it if I knew. I don't recommend buying this item.

I like that it helps my back not sag in the seat and so the headrest is in the best position for my comfort (I'm 6ft 4in tall and sit very straight in my seat). The shape and length can be changed to better fit the seat; There is about a 2 inch gap between the end of the seat and the seat when positioned to touch my shoulders at the top next to the seat. This is a good product for its purpose. I'm a petite 5ft 4in male and the back brace fits my body pretty well. I drive a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and it is helping a small tear I had while driving which was always causing lower back and leg pain.
