Review on Chrome Amber Headlights for 2003-2006 Chevy Silverado/Avalanche by DNA Motoring by Justin Spoja

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Cheaper is not better.

While it looks the same as my original headlights except for the water and dirt dancing on my originals, it doesn't live up to expectations. First, the case isn't firmly secured in place. I'm not sure if the design was too short or if the clips weren't right, but the lower headlights don't want to stay in place. The latch snaps into place and the other side pops out. Second, the sockets for the lamps are totally loose/reliable. They don't snap. Instead, you just plug them in and spin them to your heart's content. You just spin as much as you want. I see this as a major problem when driving over long periods, the vibrations from the road can easily pull the bulb out of its socket.
