Review on PACT Retail Management by Chris Edgerton

I like that this is an easy system for employees who are not computer savvy or have little experience in using computers, as they can learn how it works quickly without much trouble at all! It's very user friendly once someone has been trained by our staff member (which we do every month). There aren't many issues but there could be some minor improvements here &there - nothing major though so far since implementation last year!! Easy access from anywhere via mobile devices such as iphones etc., quick response time when questions come up during shift changes / employee absences- no problems thusfar.
