New to sewing. There was no guide for a pattern to adjust the size. I'm not sure if the skirt I'm making (pattern size 22) will actually fit a woman with a 45" waist and 46" hips. Will hope for the best. Also on the elastic guide should be written "do not cut - use as a guide" in large letters. Four students cut out the manual, including me. We are all new to this skill.
