It's a great tool and very easy to use
So it's a great tool and very easy to use. One thing I would recommend is to buy a suitable cylinder for it that has enough room to move the hydrometer up and down without it touching the sides of the tank and also isn't too big since you don't want to waste valuable beer. Also, it is highly recommended to use a beer or wine thief that is easy to sanitize so you can get a sample without contaminating your batch. As mentioned before, at this price point it is better to buy two as they tend to be very fragile but will never break once you have a backup. God saves the man who saves himself. Otherwise great!
