Terrible product. I "upgraded" my Netgear RP114 to this product to get rid of my software firewall. Well I wish I hadn't. I get constant hangs and disconnections on both the WAN and the LAN. Significantly slower internet access compared to the RP114 it replaced (although I'll attribute that to a true SPI firewall). Finally, after many years of good technology. With support from Netgear I had the added bonus of speaking to a technician. who had no idea about the characteristics of this router. She spent almost half an hour insisting that my router had a "tick" indicator, indicated by a tick-shaped LED. I've argued all along that my router doesn't have that bulb (although another popular Netgear router does). Also, their official answer to everything was "just reboot". I felt like I was stuck in a real Dilbert episode. Anyway, after numerous updates, countless resets (full and partial), and a mountain of disappointments, I'm dropping this paperweight and going the other way. Save your time, money, and hassle and avoid this pup at all costs.
