No more mild shower soap!
We just finished our bathroom renovation. The niches in the tile are slanted and allow the water to drain, but the soap stays in the residual water, making the bottom soft. I bought these self draining silicone sheets and the soap stays on top of the rest of the water and doesn't soften anymore. Let it dry before using it again. They fit perfectly into our niche and are very easy to care for. A big plus is that they can't break if they accidentally come out of the niche and fall onto the tile - great for walking barefoot and will prevent the tile from cracking or chipping. When they wear out, I buy new ones!
