Very useful for bathroom accessories

Conventional soap dishes collect water and turn soap into soup. This allows the water to flow back into the sink. Soft silicone is easy to clean. I should have bought these years ago.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Disappear

really helps.

This little soap dish keeps the sink area clean. It's easy to clean and the soap stays dry so it doesn't get soft. Stays in place with no suction cups that can cause mold problems.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Nothing here

Not so good, best in the tub

The 'self-draining' idea is good, but the truth is it only drains a little by itself, you still have to water the rest yourself. And because it's made of soft material, it's slippery when you need to move it, you need to hold the soap dish and base together, and then you need to wash your hands again after you return it. It doesn't matter for the price, but you should know before you buy it.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Drains well and removes soap easily

This soap dish is probably the best soap dish we've found since we switched to bar soap instead of shower gel. Very flexible which makes it easy to pull out the soap if the soap is a bit sticky. Drains water really well and definitely helps our soap last a lot longer than if we used the soap dish that was attached to the wall in almost every shower (why do they always put it directly in the shower spray?). Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • confusing

Small, empty and not worth the money.

Functionally they work well. I was a bit surprised that they were so small. From the pictures I had imagined them to be a bit bigger. Big enough to hold a regular bar of soap. Bathtub size or other handcrafted styles hang around the edges. Also, I thought they were solid silicone, but they are actually hollow on the bottom. It's definitely not worth 6€. It's certainly more like a $2 tree for $1. It works, but not at all for that much money. I was expecting a large, durable silicone soap dryer…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not sure

No more mild shower soap!

We just finished our bathroom renovation. The niches in the tile are slanted and allow the water to drain, but the soap stays in the residual water, making the bottom soft. I bought these self draining silicone sheets and the soap stays on top of the rest of the water and doesn't soften anymore. Let it dry before using it again. They fit perfectly into our niche and are very easy to care for. A big plus is that they can't break if they accidentally come out of the niche and fall onto the tile -

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Out of style

Works as advertised for the bath

This is a great solution to prevent soap from falling out of the shower stall. A few people have mentioned stains which I don't think would be a problem if you cleaned or rinsed them once in a while, but I haven't had them long enough to experience that. If they rub off after six months or a year, they're cheap enough to replace every now and then. Others have mentioned that they don't drain and the only thing I can think of here is that they were placed upside down or their shower stall is…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Infuriates
